Do you offer custom wedding packages?
Yes we do! We try to accommodate your budget while still ensuring we can provide high quality work. We do also offer custom packages for multiple day events at a discounted rate.
Will there be a second shooter?
Majority of our wedding packages come with a second photographer and some come with a second videographer. All packages are able to add on a second shooter for both photo and video.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes! We are flexible if you are needing to extend your session time for your wedding. All other sessions, we cannot guarantee our availability following the photoshoot, please let us know if you are needing to extend your session prior to your photoshoot.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You do have the option to purchase prints directly from your online gallery but you are more than welcome to print your digital images wherever you choose fit. All our packages come with full printing rights.
What preparation is there before the photoshoot?
We want to ensure we fully see your vision for your photoshoot or wedding. Once your session is secured, we offer consultation sessions to our clients to run through timelines and mood boards to fulfill your dream photoshoot/wedding. For all our wedding packages we include a media guide that breaks down the entire wedding day and our recommendations and tips to have a smooth successful wedding day for your media coverage. We also include locations guide within the Edmonton area that includes over 20 locations to choose from if you are unsure where you would like to do the photoshoot.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes! We absolutely love capturing love stories all around the globe. Ask us about our destination wedding locations we are offering discounts for!
Will I be booking with the founder?
Alexandra, the founder, is our main photographer for Marcu Fotography. She leads 95% of all photoshoots and weddings. If she is already booked, our sessions/weddings will be photographed through our other trusted team members which we would let you know in advance.
What kind of gear do you use?
Our lead photographers use 1-2 cameras for your session. All videography packages vary from 1-3 camera perspectives.
Our cameras are all dual slots meaning for all our sessions they are backed up on two SD cards.
What do I need to do to secure my session?
All sessions to be secured require a 30% non-refundable deposit and a contract to be signed. Our photo and video wedding package require a 50% non-refundable deposit and contract to be signed.

Event Coverage
All event coverage is charged per hour. Each hour is guaranteed 30-50 fully edited images. We no not limit the amount of photos that get sent for event coverage. For any additional half hours, the price for the hour gets divided in half.
